Compare three popular Nendoroids—Takina, Hiiro, and Darkness—based on expression options, display style, and price to find the best fit for your collection.
Quick answer
Choose Takina if you want a versatile cafe-scene display with multiple expressions, Hiiro if you prefer a playful VTuber with unique faces, and Darkness if you need a compact sitting figure for tight spaces.
What sets these three Nendoroids apart?
Each of these Nendoroids brings a different vibe to your shelf. Takina Inoue comes in her Cafe LycoReco uniform with three face plates and cafe-themed accessories, making her a great pick for scene building. Hiiro, the pink feline VTuber, offers a playful set of expressions including a drooly face, perfect for fans of her streams. Darkness from KonoSuba belongs to the Swacchao! line, which means she sits in a small chair rather than standing—ideal for desks or crowded shelves.
Price is another differentiator: Takina is the most affordable at $36.29 (compare at $54.99), Hiiro sits mid-range at $50.24 (compare at $74.99), and Darkness is the budget-friendly option at $24.69 (compare at $37.99). Consider what you value more: expression variety, display flexibility, or saving money.
Your decision rules
- If you want the most display versatility: Choose Takina. Her three face plates and cafe accessories let you switch between calm, happy, and serious moods, and the parfait adds a fun prop for scene building. Check if you have enough shelf depth for the included accessories.
- If you prioritize playful personality: Go with Hiiro. Her unique expressions—especially the drooly face—are rare in Nendoroids and will stand out among more standard figures. Consider if you prefer a more expressive figure over a classic anime scene.
- If you need a space-saving figure: Pick Darkness. The Swacchao! sitting design fits on desk edges or tight shelves, and the lower price makes it an easy add-on to an existing collection. Verify your shelf edge can support the figure's base.
