My throat was parched after a long run in the summer heat, and this genuinely hit the spot. The electrolyte balance is noticeable—I didn’t get that heavy, bloated feeling I usually do with other sports drinks, just clean hydration that kept me going through the rest of my workout.

The mild sweetness is what gets me—it's not syrupy like other sports drinks, just a clean taste that makes it easy to keep sipping. I've been reaching for a bottle after my evening bike rides and it genuinely feels like it puts the hydration back in without that heavy, sticky finish.

After a long run in the summer heat, this is the only thing that makes me feel human again—the electrolyte kick hits right away and the taste is so light I can chug it without feeling gross. It's become a staple in my gym bag.
